i bought a month ago or so. have used it for potatoes and onions. hopefully the sharpness lasts.
just went and purchased 3 more.
if you are expecting a nice new looking knife...this isnt for you. its very rustic looking.
i watch a lot of indian street food shows on you tube and basically this is the kind of knife those vendors use.
i am hopping this knife company gets other derchandise soon.

I really like using the Chhuri Hacksaw Knife to dice up my basics in cooking: tomatoes and onions. They dice so well with fine chops without much effort. The blade is sharp. I like the color and the feel as well.
We use these knives every single day in our kitchen to cut onions, tomatoes, lettuce - you name it! We have 3 knives and all have lasted over a year at this point. We don't put these in the dishwasher to ensure they last. These are not suitable for hard-items but that is clearly communicated so we have no issue with it!

This is a dying profession and it is not easy to find these even in some parts of India.
